• To provide information to public prosecutors, courts, and relevant public officials upon request and as required by law in matters related to public security and legal disputes;

• To offer various opportunities to our members or to share such opportunities within the legal framework with individuals or institutions capable of providing them;

• To analyze advertising preferences.

For the purposes stated above, your personal data shared with DomainMatik may be transferred to the following parties: our main shareholders, shareholders, advertisers, domestic and international affiliates (directly or indirectly), member companies using the domainmatik.com infrastructure, and other relevant individuals and organizations associated with the services provided. Since DomainMatik did not commence operations prior to the effective date of KVKK (April 7, 2016), we do not hold any personal data stored before this date.

6. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data collected through the methods described above may be processed in Turkey or transferred abroad, provided that such transfer complies with KVKK and is aligned with contractual purposes. Data may be transferred to service providers located in countries deemed to provide adequate protection by the Personal Data Protection Board.

Your personal data may be transferred, where necessary, to:

• Business partners and service providers for the provision and promotion of products and services;

• Authorized authorities for determining your location in the event of emergency assistance requests;

• Regulatory and supervisory bodies, courts, enforcement offices, and other authorized public institutions;

• Legal entities engaged in a commercial relationship with domainmatik.com and possessing your contact information.

7. Storage and Protection of Personal Data

DomainMatik is obligated under Article 12 of KVKK to implement necessary technical and administrative measures to prevent unlawful processing of personal data and unauthorized access. Such measures may include hashing, encryption, logging, and access management systems, as well as physical security safeguards.

In the event that personal data is obtained unlawfully by unauthorized parties, the situation shall be promptly reported in writing to the Personal Data Protection Board in accordance with legal requirements.

8. Ensuring Personal Data Is Accurate and Up to Date

Pursuant to Article 4 of KVKK, DomainMatik is responsible for ensuring that personal data is accurate and up to date. Users are therefore required to provide correct information and update their data via the website or mobile applications when necessary.

9. Rights of the Personal Data Subject Under KVKK

Under Article 11 of KVKK (effective October 7, 2016), personal data subjects have the right to:

• Learn whether their personal data is being processed;

• Request information regarding processed data;

• Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used in accordance with such purpose;

• Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or internationally;

• Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;

• Request deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions set forth in Article 7 of KVKK;

• Request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom data has been transferred;

• Object to unfavorable outcomes arising from automated data analysis;

• Request compensation for damages incurred due to unlawful processing.

10. Contact and Application Method

The Data Controller Representative appointed by DomainMatik shall be announced in the Data Controllers Registry and on our website once the legal infrastructure is established.

DomainMatik shall respond to requests within 30 days, either in writing or electronically. Requests are processed free of charge as a principle. However, if processing requires additional costs, DomainMatik reserves the right to charge fees in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board under Article 13 of KVKK.

By sharing your personal data through our website, applications, or other channels, you acknowledge and declare your explicit consent, as defined under KVKK, regarding the processing, processing methods, transfer, and related terms outlined in this policy.
